SuperStars is a digital Volunteer Development Programme co-produced by CATCH and Engage, which empowers volunteers of all ages to develop the necessary life skills, knowledge and experiences. This will set them on a path to becoming good citizens and a productive part of society whilst making a positive difference in their local community.
How does it work?
Along the way volunteers will develop skills and attributes that will serve them well throughout their lifetime, open doors to new opportunities, networks and employment.
The programme focuses on four key elements:

Being a dedicated and engaged volunteer
Competence
The ability to do something successfully and efficiently
Knowledge
Skills acquired through experience and/or training
Reward and Recognition
To reward and recognise achievement and show progression

We believe all our volunteers who generously give up their time deserve to be developed and rewarded. Our sponsors fund rewards for our volunteers with incentives such as gift vouchers, experiences, accredited training programmes, merchandise or sponsor our monthly/annual awards programme.

CATCH relies on your generous donations to keep the lights on! Our community space provides a much needed hub for the community in particular for vulnerable young people, so they have somewhere safe to go, something to do and someone to talk to 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year.
