Why choose CATCH for your first aid training?

Choose CATCH for your first aid training and you will benefit from a unique training experience that also supports our work to help young people fulfil their potential and build a stronger community. Unlike commercial training providers, every penny we make by providing first aid training courses for businesses, public sector organisations and individuals is ploughed directly back into CATCH.

This enables us to train all our children and young people on essential life-saving skills free of charge. In addition, we have developed bespoke thought-provoking courses to tackle issues around knife crime and serious injuries.

We also provide first aid courses free of charge for young people throughout the community who are not in education, employment or training (NEET). This enables them to acquire valuable skills which can help them find their career route and develop personally.

First aid course in a unique space

you and your colleagues a bright, spacious and professional environment to undertake your first aid training, whilst at the same time being able to take advantage of the setting that has made CATCH unique.

In addition to our lovely green spaces, roof terrace and gardens, CATCH has its own Goat farm where you can engage with the animals. We also have our on-site café which can provide all the food and drink you will need while you are on-site for your first aid courses. It all adds up to the perfect environment for a day away from the office which adds to the learning experience.

. . . or at a location of your choice

As much as we’d love for everyone to be able to experience CATCH and our wonderful facilities, we understand that logistically it is easier to deliver first aid training course on your site or a location convenient to an organisation. That’s something we can do too, and it may save on the cost where the training is for larger groups. Just let us know and we can provide the training wherever suits.

High quality first aid training

The quality of our training is assured through our accreditation with Ofqual registered organisation Qualsafe and experience of our trainers. Their experience working with various front-line organisations ensures you receive first aid training that is suited to real world situations and environments and applicable outside the workshop.

Low cost first aid courses

Aligned with the values of CATCH to support the local community, all first aid courses provided by CATCH are competitively priced to ensure they are accessible to all, without compromising the quality of the training. Our first aid courses are typically 30% cheaper than those provided by some of our major competitors which helps our clients’ training budgets go further and enables anyone who needs first aid training to get what they need.

How our first aid courses work

CATCH first aid courses are held between 9am - 5pm weekdays, including breaks. However, course timings can be flexible for group bookings and can even be broken down into shorter sessions. Evening and weekend courses may also be available on request.

Our courses are delivered at the CATCH headquarters, in Harehills, Leeds at a time that suits you and your organisation’s requirements.
Courses can also be delivered away from CATCH at a venue of choice (where suitable) and this can often provide savings for larger groups. All courses are subject to suitability and for up to 12 delegates.
