CitizenAID

Would you know how to react in the event of a terrorist attack?
Whenever there is a shooting, stabbing or bomb explosion, the initial priority is understandably to ensure public safety, which can unfortunately cause delays to the emergency services being able to reach the injured.

The QA Level 2 Award in citizenAID (RQF) has been specifically developed to help members of the public learn life-saving skills for use in these extreme situations.

Based on the citizenAID phone App and pocket guide, this regulated qualification is designed to teach people how to react safely, prioritise the injured and give first aid to victims in the event of a deliberate multiple casualty incident.

Fantastic, well delivered and engaging day, would 100% recommend CATCH for first aid training.

Superfriendz

I have been doing First Aid courses for over a decade and this is genuinely the best one I’ve ever been on. Del went into things in a depth I’ve never experienced before, so I now have a far better understanding of why we do things the way we do, which helps me remember and feel more confident. Brilliant!

Simone

Leeds Community Foundation (LCF)

We put 18 of our team through First Aid training at CATCH and everyone remarked afterwards what an excellent course it was. Del did a great job in bringing what could have been quite a dry subject to life through engaging, practical examples and group participation. That, coupled with the usual CATCH hospitality of a great lunch and a visit to see the goats(!) made it a great day all round!

I found the first aid course very informative, educational and fun but also serious. The location for the course is fantastic!

Your support is important to us!

CATCH relies on your generous donations to keep the lights on! Our community space provides a much needed hub for the community in particular for vulnerable young people, so they have somewhere safe to go, something to do and someone to talk to 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year.
