Target £100,000
We rely on grants, donations, fund-raising, collaborative arrangements and income from our room hire and training to keep us sustainable. It’s important that our supporters know that we’re spending our money wisely. That’s why we want to be open about how we use our funds.

Running a community space 24/7, 365 days a year along with our various programmes and our continued commitment to partnership working can be challenging. We would like our youth activities to remain free of charge and we are proud of our volunteer-led ethos which keeps our costs to a minimum; however we still need an element of funding.

Sponsor or Donate

As a charity we rely on the generous support of sponsors and donors. We could not survive without them.

Financial support helps us keep the lights on and pay the bills! It also helps us run our core services and ensures our building is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year even on Christmas Day!

We are continuously developing our building and outdoor space with donations of materials. We also receive regular food donations from local businesses. We use this in our community café and any surplus we place in our food bank.

In-kind contributions are donations of goods or services, which can help us too. Rather than receiving a cash donation, in-kind contributions are sometimes services that we would otherwise have to pay for or an item that can be put to use in our organisation.

If you can offer anything which may be of use to us, please contact us

Give Time

Some of our supporters donate their time to deliver a project or help us with their expertise or provide training. We have had the support of engineers, architects, solicitors, consultants, healthcare professionals and electricians to name a few. This makes the unaffordable affordable.

Mentor

We want to get the best out of our young people. We feel linking them up to professional mentors is a great way to develop their skills. In practice, this means interview preparation, reviewing C.V.’s, careers talks and general support to build confidence and broaden their horizons.

Become a CATCH Champion

Share our story and spread the word of CATCH to help us build a network of supporters who can help our cause. Invite us to events where you feel our young people could share their inspirational stories. Follow us on social media: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn.

Book Our Space

Our building can be used for corporate meetings and away days. We offer meeting and conferencing space in various seating formats for up to 80 people with presenting facilities and fabulous catering options. Our young people are happy to present to you about our work too. We can also put together team building activities on our site ranging from gardening, baking, painting and/or spending time with our goats!

Volunteer

Volunteers are the backbone of our charity. Volunteers help us lead and supervise activities for children and young people. Some support us in essential back office roles, such as finance and administration. Some commit to a regular schedule of volunteering weekly whilst others help us as and when they can. We are always on the lookout for new volunteers who can help us shape the next chapter of CATCH.

Offer Work Experience

Can you help one of our young people on their career path by offering an office tour, work placement or apprenticeship to help widen their perspectives and experiences?

SuperStars

SuperStars is our Volunteer Development Programme. We believe all our volunteers who generously give up their time deserve to be developed and rewarded. Our sponsors fund rewards for our volunteers with incentives such as gift vouchers, experiences, accredited training programmes, merchandise or sponsor our monthly/annual awards programme.

Book a First Aid Course

At CATCH, we offer accredited First Aid training courses for all environments. We currently support a range of businesses and schools with first aid training delivery. We also take individual bookings. All profit is ploughed back into our charity and youth programmes.

Your support is important to us!

CATCH relies on your generous donations to keep the lights on! Our community space provides a much needed hub for the community in particular for vulnerable young people, so they have somewhere safe to go, something to do and someone to talk to 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year.
